  • After you book a reservation, as a security measure for you and our owners, we will be sending you a Verification Request via our partner, Guest Ranger. Please complete it as soon as possible so we can verify your stay. If we cannot verify your stay, we may cancel your reservation.

Property Access

  • Rental guests will have access to Caldera Springs Owners' Association owned amenities including the Quarry Pool and Fitness Center, Discovery Park, Ponderosa Park, Sable Rock Park, lake, fishing, paved and barked pathways, tennis/pickleball courts, and basketball court. (The Forest House Aquatic Center and other Sunriver Resort owned amenities are not included).
  • Bicycles are provided in the 2 car garage or can be rented for two-hour rental at the Caldera Springs Lake House. A small selection of men's and women's cruiser bikes is available.
